Writing for Children Workshop

Want to write for children, but not sure where to start? Helen will guide you through a series of exercises to generate and expand your ideas and provide information about the requirements of different children’s book genres.

Scriptwriting

During this course, you will develop and build on your writing skills so you can confidently produce scripted narrative. You will learn how the basics of scriptwriting work, whether it be for stage or screen.

Helen is a part of the READ NZ Writers in Schools Programme. Along with doing sessions and visits for kids, she is a available for professional development sessions.
