Holiday Programmes<\/h2>\n

The fee for our three-hour\u00a0holiday programmes\u00a0is $35 dollars per child.<\/p>\n

Individual Lessons<\/h2>\n

We charge:
\n$40 per forty-five minute individual lesson
\n$50 per one hour individual lesson.<\/p>\n

Forty-five minute sessions are the preferred length for most children. Longer or shorter lessons can be arranged, price to be discussed.<\/p>\n

Most lessons are held on Zoom. In-person lessons are by special arrangement and additional fees may apply.<\/p>\n

Group Lessons<\/h2>\n

2-3 children – $25 per child per lesson.
\n4-6 children – $20 per child per lesson
\n6+ children (by special arrangement only – $15 per child per lesson<\/p>\n

Lessons will be charged based on the agreed number of students. If a group drops below the agreed number for more than two lessons, the higher lesson fee may apply.<\/p>\n

Invoicing<\/h3>\n

We normally invoice for individual and small group lessons at the end of each month, but we can invoice weekly instead on request.<\/p>\n

Payment is expected promptly at the end of each month or week. If payments are more than four weeks late, we reserve the right to discontinue lessons with your child until a payment is made.<\/p>\n

If payments are repeatedly late, we may ask you to pay in advance for lessons.<\/p>\n

Ten Trip Concession Cards.<\/h3>\n

Ten trip cards offer a 10% discount on the lesson fee when paid in advance. Terms and conditions apply. Cards expire one year from purchase.<\/p>\n

Ten Trip Cards are non refundable.<\/p>\n

Late Starts<\/h4>\n

If your child arrives late to a lesson, we may need still need to finish on time because of other students lessons following your time slot. In this instance, you will still be charged the full lesson fee.<\/p>\n

When it is possible to continue the lesson after the agreed finish time, additional fees will apply for the extra time. You can choose to finish on time if you do not wish to pay additional fees.<\/p>\n

Cancellation Policy<\/h2>\n

Holiday Programmes<\/h4>\n

Cancellations can be made up to 7 days before the\u00a0programme is due to commence without penalty.\u00a0During the week before the\u00a0programme starts, cancellations will incur a late-notice cancellation fee of 20% of the\u00a0programme\u00a0fee. Cancellations received on the day the programme is due to start, or after commencement, will be charged the full\u00a0fee for the programme.<\/b><\/p>\n

Individual and Small-Group Lessons<\/h4>\n

Cancellations may be made up until 10am on the day of the lesson without penalty. Cancellations made after 10am will be charged the full fee for the lesson.<\/p>\n

If your child is not able to attend for more than four weeks in a row, we may not be able to keep the spot open for you and reserve the right to offer the place to another child if needed.<\/p>\n

Brain Bunny Cancelations<\/h4>\n

If a class does not reach minimum numbers, or is cancelled by Brain Bunny Workshops for another reason, you will receive a full refund of any fees already paid.<\/p>\n

Removal of Children from Classes<\/h2>\n

Brain Bunny aims to make classes a fun and safe learning environment for all children, therefore we have a zero-tolerance policy for violent or\u00a0bullying behaviour\u00a0from children in our classes.\u00a0Children will issued with a warning, and parents notified, if\u00a0they\u00a0behave in a way that endangers\u00a0the safety of other students. If necessary, we will issue two warnings during a term, and work with parents to\u00a0try and\u00a0find a solution. Should a third incident occur, parents will be asked to remove their child from the class to ensure the safety of all students. No refund will be offered in this instance.<\/p>\n
