Your privacy is important to us. Here you will find information about how we use and store the personal details we collect from you, and who has access these. This information is current at 26th May 2018.

Enrolment forms

We collect information about you and your child for the purpose of ensuring your child’s safety and well-being during our classes. Your contact details will be used to update you with information about the class your child is enrolled in, and/or to contact you in the event of an emergency involving your child. If you have opted to receive updates about future classes, your email address will also be added to our mailing list (see below.)

A digital copy of this information is stored in the Brain Bunny home office, to make it easier for you to re-enrol in classes. A digital and/or hard copy will be given to class tutors to ensure they have quick access to this information in the event of an emergency. Hard copies will be shredded at the completion of the workshop or term.

Contact Forms

We collect your name and email address for the purpose of replying to your query. If you have opted to receive updates about future classes, your email address will also be added to our mailing list (see below.)

Third Parties

We use some third party services. Our website is powered by WordPress, and our enrolment and contact forms have been created using the WordPress plugin “Formidable Forms”. The information is sent to us via Hotmail. If you have concerns about how your information is handled/stored by these third parties, please see their privacy policies. 

WordPress store your information via cookies, depending on your browser settings.

We will not release your information to any other parties, including other parents in the class, without your express permission.

Mailing List

Our mailing list is powered by Mailchimp. If you opt in via the “Get Updates!” tab or through Facebook, the information you provide will be sent directly to Mailchimp. If you opt in through our Enrolment Form or Contact Form your email address will be sent to us as described above, and we will import this to Mailchimp for you.

We collect your email address in order to send you updates about our upcoming classes, and any other relevant news. It will not be used to send spam. You can unsubscribe from updates by clicking the unsubscribe link provided by Mailchimp in our newsletters.
